We work on all variables of athleticism to make you the best athlete possible

Over 30 years of experience training athletes. We have trainers that are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists through the National Strength and Conditioning Association with Distinction (CSCS*D) to ensure safety, technique and proper form are taught/learned. Additionally, JT TRAINING is a Certified Nike SPARQ (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness) Training Facility and Head Trainer/Owner Jay Todd is also Nike SPARQ Certified and is driven to getting you one thing...RESULTS!


1. Speed - agility - quickness

Speed, Agility and Auckness or essential to any athlete so we teach and implement techniques to improve these variables. This includes Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Footwork as well as Running Mechanics.

2. Explosive power

Power = Work/Time. We improve this daily at JT TRAINING using a variety of techniques including but not limited to Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Med Ball, Slam Ball, and Hammer Training along with Jumping and Landing Techniques.

3. Strength & conditioning

At JT TRAINING, we develop Upper, Lower and Core Strength daily by progressively overloading the body using all of our equipment and implements such as Dumbbells, Barbells, KettleBells, Sandbags, Tires, Sleds, Straps, Bands, Bungees, Slam Balls, Medicine Balls, CoreBalls, and even Body Weight. Additionally we implement a Game Ready Approach to Preparation for all athletes.

4. Flexibility, Mobility & injury prevention

We teach and implement Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling) along with other forms of strtching including Static, Dynamic and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromscular Facilitation). We aim to identify and correct any muscular imbalances and teach center of gravity, balance and stabilization techniques.

5. nutrition education

We routinely interact with all of our clients regarding fueling their bodies for their goals. Even in Sports Performance Training we are providing our athletes with Lessons, Tips and Advice as it pertains to eating correctly.
