TO ACCESS YOUR JT FitCLIENTS account
(Realize that this is now a web based app and not an app from app store):

  1. Click HERE and enter in your email and password (*Note this is different from your JT App and some of you use Facebook credentials to log in to this site as that is an option presented to you when we created your account and emailed you when you joined JT TRAINING).

  2. If needed, you can always click the 'Forgot Password' and then enter your email to update.

  3. For this chllenge we will be entering in your intial values if you have not already done and using the Oct 22 date as that is officially when the challenge began!

  4. You can enter values whenever you would like, however we usually recommend once per week, unless you and your team feel that you are close to the 51 lb total AND 5.1% cumulative bodyfat% gone.

  5. We will complile a team total spreadsheet and present a 'Team Leader Board' starting around Fruday, Nov 4th, however we will rely on YOUR entered values into the JT FitClients account so if you or a teammate of yours does NOT enter data each week, they will obviously not have a total to add to your teams' weekl losses.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HOW TO OBTAIN % Body Fat & BMI using Handheld Omron (located in top drwer by scale at JT):

  1. Step on JT TRAINING Scale to determine today’s WEIGHT
    • Remember (and record) and proceed to Omron Body Fat Analyzer
  1. Press ON/OFF Button to reset or turn on
    • Press SET Button to Leave on ‘GUEST Setting
  1. Use UP or DOWN button to select ATHLETE or NORMAL
    • Press SET Button
  1. Use UP or DOWN button to select the HEIGHT we measured you at
    • Press SET Button
  1. Use UP or DOWN buttons to enter today’s measured WEIGHT (remember that we round UP if not on the whole number of ½ number, for example 221.1 lbs would round up to 221.5 lbs and 221.6 lbs rounds up to 222 lbs)
    • Press SET Button
  1. Use UP or DOWN button to select current AGE
    • Press SET Button

  2. Use UP or DOWN button to select MALE or FEMALE
    • Press SET Button

  3. Stand with feet ~4 inches apart with toes straight forward and grip handles wrapping palms around electrode (silver) pads with thumbs on top of analyzer and arms straight out in front of shoulders.

  4. Hold the OMRON BODY FAT ANALYZER straight out in front of shoulders with arms straight and parallel to ground with analyzer perpendicular to the floor.
    • Hold steady and press START.

  5. Once numbers are presented, record your % Body Fat (TOP #) into the JT TRAINING FitClients Account.
    • Please Turnf OFF to save battery life!

  6. Spray 3-4 pumps of disenfectant bottle onto blue rag and then wipe down analyzer and place bag in top drawer!

  7. WORK HARD FOR A MINIUMUM OF 1 WEEK BEFORE REPEATING!

RACE-TO-51

Since this is my 'Birthday Month' (BTW: I turned 51 on the 22nd of October😅💪👊​) so we are hosting a RACE TO 51 CHALLENGE!

​Below is a picture of the "HOT BOD SQUAD" that won the cash prize last time we ran this Fun Team Challenge 3 years ago for my 48th birthday:

  • This is an internal challenge for Current SHAPE Training Family Members to build camaraderie, work together, learn more about other members that you maybe do not know and of course, get into better SHAPE (Lose Excess Weight, Decrease BodyFat and Tone/Tighten Muscles) using teamwork and support for accountability from trainers and the JT Fam!

  • Anyone that is a current SHAPE Training Member can get on board and start this CHALLENGE! 

  • To join all you have to do is the following:
    1. Text Jay (712-259-0504) or respond to this message that you want to participate.

    2. Bring Jay your $20 bill to become assigned to a team.

    3. Have a JT TRAINING Personal Trainer Validate & Record the following - scale weight, all data entered into your analyzer including age, ht, wt, etc...(remember round up to nearest 1/2 of pound), and BodyFat%!

    4. Then you will be assigned to a team of 4-6 people depending upon signup #s

    5. Your team, once finalized will come up with a "FUN" name and then continue holding each other accountable while getting into SHAPE!

      We will divide teams evenly as some people have a desire to lose more weight than others and some people do not have much weight to lose but only want to lean up (aka lower their BodyFat%).

    6. We will officially start the RACE to 51 CHALLENGE on Saturday, Oct 22nd, but your goal is to start losing weight and bodyfat once your numbers are verified by a trainer!

    7. The first team to cumulatively LOSE 51 lbs AND 5.1% BodyFat minimally wins the cash prize of entrance fee dollars! 

    8. Depending upon interest and numbers, we may have multiple winning teams (meaning we may chose to divide up the cash entrance fees among the 1st and 2nd team, or maybe 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams - let's hold each other accountable and achieve massive results with this challenge).
