Really hated feeling sore after work everyday so I decided to do something about it and joined JT Training at the end of January. 8 weeks later I lost almost 20 pounds. Gained energy and lost the body soreness from work. Decided to keep doing it as the workouts are fun, exciting and new everyday (and they are only 30 minutes!)! .
