SHAPE Training is a 30 minute workout program led by an Experienced, College Degreed and Certified Personal Trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat and improving strength, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
Every SHAPE Training session begins with a dynamic warmup to prepare the body for the training session as well as assist in alleviating any soreness. Our trainers use Scientific Periodization when designing daily new workouts to lean you up, tone muscles and shed unwanted fat all without any cardio (Yes I said NO Cardio!) that gets TWICE the RESULTS in HALF the TIME! We take advantage of high intensity training mixed with active rest periods and exercise stacking. So we incorporate strength and power, speed and agility, flexibility and mobility along with metabolic blasts in every workout. This allows us to burn massive amounts of fat, tone muscles as well as take advantage of the metabolic after-burn so that you continue to burn calories well after you have finished your training.
Our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions. So you get all the RESULTS you want for a fraction of the price! We are also sticklers when it comes to form and technique so that you can achieve your goals in a safe and effective manner.
